Brian is the kind of person who is almost impossible to meet this day in age. My family and I have been in a short-sale for months and our Realtor just couldn't close the deal.

One week before our auction date we found Brian and explained to him our situation. We could tell right away he really felt for our family. The home we wanted to rent wasnt even on the MLS so he wouldn't make any commission; he did everything to help our family and went above and beyond anything you would expect! He got us into our new rental that same week and made a very difficult time for our family an easy transition and pleasant experience.

Over the years, I have had occasion to meet many realtors.  Some were family, some were friends, and some  were business associates. Without reservation, I can say that Brian Pierce is the best realtor I have ever met. 

I recently bought a home through Brian and Re/Max Elite and it was an amazing experience.  Brian worked tirelessly day and night to help me zero in on what I was looking for.  Once we had found a good benchmark, he spent days driving me around and showing me properties. 

He has a knack for coming up with property listings that I may have overlooked on first glance but that show real value upon further consideration.

Throughout the process, he was able to answer all of my questions thoughtfully and completely.  He helped me arrange financing and kept in constant communication with me throughout the process as to where we were with specific offers.  He was able to explain not only my obligations, but the home buying process in a way that helped ease my anxieties and put my mind to rest.  I was able to focus on other things because I knew Brian was taking care of me and my home buying needs.
